Culture and sights:
- The parish church of St. Sebastian stands on the Uferstraße, close to the lake. A predecessor of today's church was built in 1684 by Balthasar Broll in Renaissance style with Baroque furnishings. The present neo-Romanesque basilica was built from 1862 to plans by Leonhard v. Clarini and consecrated in 1876.
- The church of St. Martin stands on the Mühlestraße and was built in 1974–1976.
- Schleienlöcher: a nature reserve near Hard in the Rhine delta, between the Dornbirner Ach and the New Rhine, with bays, ponds and old side arms of the rivers. Because tench (Schleie in German) are so common here, habitats like these came to be known as “Schleienlöcher”.
- The Hohentwiel, a technical monument since 1990.
- Mittelweiherburg textile printing museum: in 1794 a textile printing works was set up in the former moated castle – at the time one of the most important textile printing factories in all of Austria. Today the building serves as a fascinating museum that can also be explored on a guided tour.
- Villa Jenny: the villa of Melchior and Samuel Jenny, the former owners of what is now the textile printing museum, can today also be visited as an art museum, among other things.
- The Hard-Fußach water tower was built in 1900; in 1902 the Fußach water system was connected as well.
- The town hall is a large building from 1996, lens-shaped when seen from above (architects Klas & Lässer).
- The Rheintalhaus at Landstraße 8 is a log building from the 17th century. The cornices are profiled, and the gable triangles are dated 1671.
