Book online via our website or call us on +43 664 4418064. Your reservation becomes binding with the written booking confirmation; the deposit is 20 % of the total, and the balance is due 21 days before arrival.

Arrival & check-in
Check-in is possible between 2:30 pm and 10 pm. Please let us know your arrival time in advance so we can personally prepare for your arrival.
Step 03
Your stay
A fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine and free parking are yours to use throughout your stay. If you have any questions, you can reach us personally at any time.
Step 04
Check-out
On the day of departure, please leave the apartment by 11 am and leave it broom-clean. We look forward to welcoming you back soon.

No, all apartments are non-smoking; smoking is allowed outdoors. In the event of a violation, a cleaning fee of up to € 100 applies.
How many guests can stay – are extra beds available?
Up to 4 guests can stay in each apartment. A cot for children aged 0–2 is free of charge, and an extra bed for children aged 3–17 is available from € 20.
